The First Years Insulated Sippy Cups Review

Emma Bee has been such a great baby!  She was weened from her bottle when she was about 7 months old.  Not by my choice, but all on her own.  We decided to introduce her to her first soft tipped sippy cup and she fell in love never ever wanted to go back to her bottle after that.  Since she was so good with her firsts sippy cup, I decided that I really wanted to try The First Years Insulated Sippy Cups.  She loved them!

They're great because they have this one piece lid that really easy to clean and a soft straw tip for her to suck on.  Plus, they are really visually appealing.  Emma loves to sit and look at the animals on her cup!  They're also insulated as  I mentioned to they stay cold for quite a while.  Emma is a busy girl so sometimes it can take a while for her to finish her cup of juice so the insulation is great when she gets distracted and her cup stays out for a while.

My favorite aspects of these cups is that they are dishwasher safe so I can just toss them in the machine and go.  The other thing I love is that they are BPA free so that's a huge plus for me!  The straw tip is spill proof and I tested it.  Not a drop spilled so not having a mess when Emma is carrying her cup around the house is fantastic!

And here's a fun tidbit of info for ya!  The First Years sippy cups are made so that all of the lids are interchangeable so you can get different cups but switch up the lids.  There are more than 20 other sippy cup designs and you can change out the lids on any of them so that makes getting a cup ready, very easy.  And as a busy mom, I like easy!

Technically the package says that these cups are great for 18+ months.... but I have a 12 month old and she loved these cups!  They were super easy for her to drink from and super easy for her to hang on to.  The material that the cups are made of is smooth and contoured great for her tiny hands and they are durable which is always important with toddlers!  But even though they are heavy duty, they aren't heavy!  They are actually a nice light weight.

I would definitely recommend trying these cups for anyone who has a one year old or older!  I think Emma would recommend these too if she could talk!

You can purchase these cups at Kmart (2-pack) and online at (4-pack)!

I was provided with a sample product free of charge to facilitate this review.  I was not compensated for this review and all opinions expressed are my true and honest opinions!  Cross my heart!
