Omega 3 Fish Oil For A Healthy Heart

My dad had a heart attack several years ago and ended up needing bi-pass surgery.  It was probably one of the most terrifying experiences not only for him, but for me too.  The thought of possibly losing my dad was hard and seeing him in that hospital was hard to bare.  He was never someone that you would think of as someone who would be likely to have a heart attack.  Hes always been active and always been in pretty good health. After his surgery, I remember my dad always took fish oil supplements at meals to help keep his heart healthy.  I had never heard of fish oils of what they helped with until after his heart attack.  I've taken fish oils since then myself.

I tried some of Vita Optimum's Omega 3 Fish Oils recently and liked them better than other brands I've tried.  I've found that fish oil supplements, to be honest, tend to make me a bit burpy.  And fish oil burps are kinda nasty.  But I didn't get that with these.   These fish oils were great because they are loaded with Omega 3, they are IFOS and MSC certified and the gel capsules aren't too big and are easy to swallow.  Taking fish oil capsules is said to strengthen and support heart health and support cognitive function.  If you want to try some for yourself, you can order these on Amazon!
