Francois et Mimi French Coffee Press Review

We just discovered THE BEST way to brew coffee!  Seriously!   My husband has heard that coffee brewed in a fresh press is much better than an electric pot, but we've never had or tried a french press.  But Mr. Bee is a coffee fanatic!  I love coffee as well but my hubs always has to have his coffee daily!  So when I was given the opportunity to review the Francois et Mimi French Press, I knew my husband would love to try it out too.

This thing is awesome!  I can't even describe how much different our coffee tastes!  The Francois et Mimi French Press is single walled glass with stainless steal.  The quality is great and its dishwasher safe.  Its really simple to use.  You add your coffee grounds to the pot, then add hot water and put the top on.  You let your coffee brew for about 5 minutes, then slowly press the top down.  The press keeps the grounds separated so you don't end up with coffee grounds in your coffee which is great!  The flavor is so much better!  I actually took a bag of coffee that we had in the cupboard that we had tried once and never brewed again because we didn't like the flavor.  It was some brand of pumpkin spice.  It was pretty gross.  But I brewed it in this french press without telling my husband what it was. And when he tried it, his response was "Man that's good!"  I told him what it was and he said "See!  I told you doing it this way makes coffee taste better!"  I tried it myself and its like it wasn't the same coffee we tried before.  Awesome how much better it is! And I love the fact that it doesnt take any electricity to use it.  This would be great to take along camping.  Heat your water over the camp fire and brew some coffee for the morning.   If you've never tried making your coffee in a French Press then you are definitely missing out!  And the Francois et Mimi press is a great price!   Plus it holds 50 ounces so you can make a good sized pot of coffee.  You can order it on Amazon.
